Featured menu includes rich, creamy hand-made Linguine Carbonara, linguine pasta with a creamy cheese sauce and bacon, and hand-made Pasta Fagoli. This evening includes complimentary wine.

Set sail to the Bahamas in this island inspired class! The cuisine of the Bahamas is typically spicy, subtly and uniquely flavored with a tropical flair. Much of Bahamian cooking has been influenced by the American South. Start this class learning to make Clam Fritters, delicious and golden fried. Next up are Nassau style Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos accompanied by a very traditional Bahamian dish, Peas ‘N Rice! This evening includes complimentary wine and most definitely a Bahama Mama!
