Martini Please!

I’ll have a martini please! Inspired by the distinct flavor profile of a traditional martini, Chef Mark brings this famous cocktail into the kitchen! Chef starts with a zippy shrimp martini appetizer. Then, delicious Salmon is prepared with a Vermouth and Gin Juniper Berry Sauce and served over sticky rice. This evening includes dinner and complimentary wine and of course, a martini … shaken, not stirred!

Get a taste of authentic Bavaria with this German inspired cuisine. Chef Mark kicks it off by preparing German Ham-Wrapped Figs with a Marinated Bean Salad and Hazelnuts. The star of the Fest is Sweet Mustard Crusted Pork Tenderloin, served in a Dark Beer Sauce with Brussel Sprout Leaves. Tenderloin is accompanied with crispy potato pancakes with a creamy Sauerkraut.  This evening includes dinner and complimentary wine and beer.

This cocktail inspired class covers a wide range of tastes and techniques! Chef Mark starts with Garlic and Chili Sautéed shrimp with a Bloody Mary cocktail sauce! Next up on this culinary pub crawl is Mojito Glazed Pork Skewers with Cilantro and Garlic sauce followed by Margarita Marinated Grilled Chicken Tacos with Lime Crema and Pickled Onions. The final stop is a Pina Colada Panna Cotta. Complimentary wine accompanies this meal!

Bacon, it’s not just for breakfast anymore! Go hog-wild in this “everything bacon” class! Chef Mark starts off by preparing a Beer Bacon Cheddar Cheese Soup, followed by Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp with a tangy Asian sauce. Bacon-Wrapped beef filet with sautéed porcini mushrooms and whiskey bacon brussell sprouts are the main attraction!  This evening includes dinner and complimentary wine.
