Then, Chef Mark will walk you through the preparation of Chestnut Soup with Grappa Cream (we have to drink some of that)! A rich, creamy Rigatoni Alla Carbonara is the main dish, accompanied by Panettone, a traditional sweet Christmas bread. Complimentary wine included in this class.
