Girls’ Night Out

Chef Mark will start off the evening preparing salami and fennel crostini, followed by the main attraction, Delicate Sauteed Halibut with a White Wine Lemon Caper sauce and Garden Fresh Risotto featuring Colorado Greens! This light yet elegant meal includes complimentary wine!

Everything’s Better with Bacon!

Bacon, it’s not just for breakfast anymore! Go hog-wild in this “everything bacon” class! Chef Mark starts off by preparing a Beer Bacon Cheddar Cheese Soup, followed by Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp with a tangy Asian sauce. Bacon-Wrapped beef filet with sautéed porcini mushrooms and whiskey bacon brussell sprouts are the main attraction!  This evening includes dinner and complimentary wine.

Mama Mendoza’s Mexican Fiesta

Rustic Point welcomes back Mama Mendoza! Mama will join Roger and Chef Mark for this zesty class where you will learn to cook traditional Mexican cuisine. If you’ve been to a cooking class, then you know Roger’s wicked kitchen skills! Come hungry as this menu will include all of Mama’s favorites – Authentic Street Tacos, Enchiladas and her famous, fresh Tamales! Of course, we’ll have Margaritas … What’s a fiesta without Margaritas? Ole!

Hawaiian Tiki Party Under the Stars!

Aloha! Chef Mark is takes inspiration from the Hawaiian Islands with this class. Chef starts with a classic Hawaiian dish, Lomi-lomi Salmon. Lomi means massage in Hawaiian and describes the method of preparation. The shredding (dicing) and mixing of the salmon is done by massaging the salted fish with other ingredients by hand! The star of this class is a Cedar Plank Mahi Mahi with Sweet Grilled Pineapple served with Poblano Fried Rice. This evening includes dinner and complimentary wine.

Parisienne Café French Cuisine

Ooh La La! Chef Mark is bringing your favorite French Restaurant menu to the Rustic Point kitchen. Impress your friends and loved ones with this extravagant meal. Start with a rich French Onion soup, always a hit! Using the art of Sous Vide, learn to prepare a Mustard-herb Encrusted Rack of Lamb, served with a hearty Potato and Celery Root Pureé. This evening includes dinner and complimentary wine.

Local Whiskey 101

Whiskey is the word of this new menu showcasing local distilleries. Join Chef Mark as he steps you through these spirited, whiskey infused dishes. Start off with Bourbon-Cured Salmon with Prosciutto & Dill, followed by a decadent Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon finished with a  Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce. Root Vegetables roasted with Apples and Chestnuts round out this menu! This class includes dinner and complementary wine and of course, a shot of the main ingredient!

Pizza With Pizzazz!

Around here, making homemade pizza is not just a meal, it’s an event! The whole family can even participate! Chef Mark shares all his techniques and tricks for making delicious gourmet pizza at home. You’ll start by preparing a crisp Grilled Caesar Salad. Then roll into pizza dough made from scratch, and you’ll hand-craft three different pizzas, Shrimp & Manchengo Cheese Pizza, classic Pizza Margherita, and a Sicilian Bolognese Pizza, Mama Mia! Complimentary wine included with this meal!

Napa Nights

This delicious class was inspired by the cuisine of Wine Country but with a local spin! Chef Mark will start off the evening preparing a rich, creamy Colorado Corn Bisque. The main preparation is a Butter-Poached Lobster Tail served with Peas and Mascarpone Pasta. This tasty, elegant meal includes complimentary wine!

Sicilian Steak Supper
Aug 28 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The tantalizing tastes of Sicily come to life in this Italian class. Chef Mark walks you through the preparation of traditional Fried Calamari, straight from the Adriatic Coast! Next up is the preparation of Steak Sinatra, a juicy NY Strip steak, pan-seared and oven roasted with a rich, Marsala Sauce. Finishing out the menu, is Fresh, Hand-Made Roasted Red Pepper Pasta! This evening includes dinner and complementary wine.

Shrimp & Crab Boil – Under the Stars!

Join Chef Mark for this amazing class where you will learn how to make an incredible shellfish boil straight from the low country! We’re taking this one outdoors, weather permitting! Gather around the pot to savor sweet crab with shrimp, corn, red potatoes and all the fixins! Class kicks off with grilled gator kabobs! This evening includes dinner and complimentary wine!
